The FIA’s revisions for 2010 will have a major impact on the teams’ performance. The biggest change is is the banning of refueling during races for the first time since 1994. Pit stops will not become a thing of the past, though, as drivers still have to use both dry-weather tire compounds during a Grand Prix. Of course, those stops will now be much quicker, quite possibly under four seconds, even under three according to some.
