In a state known around the globe for fast horses, it was Red Horse Racing driver Parker Kligerman atop the speed chart at the conclusion of Friday's final NASCAR Camping World Truck Series practice at Kentucky Speedway.

Kligerman, who recently joined the Red Horse team after parting ways with Brad Keselowski Racing, showed the way in his No. 7 Toyota with a lap of 177.456 mph.

Johnny Sauter (177.270), James Buescher, Cale Gale and Practice One leader Miguel Paludo completed the top five.

Positions six through 10 belonged to Joey Coulter, David Mayhew, Brennan Newberry, Nelson Piquet Jr. and Matt Crafton.

Points leader Ty Dillon was 15th out of 33 trucks.

Dillon leads the standings by eight points over Timothy Peters and 11 over Buescher with seven races remaining.

Qualifying for the Kentucky 201 begins at 4:40 p.m. ET, with live race coverage on SPEED beginning at 7 p.m. with NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Setup.

The race is scheduled to get under way just after 7:30.
