The final day of testing on Sepang surface for MotoGP grid saw the LCR Honda racer Stefan Bradl producing the 6th fastest lap time while chasing the best set up of his RC213V Factory Spec. Ideal conditions for most of the day gave Bradl vital time on track to evaluate his Honda machine and his growing confidence was evident throughout the testing days as the German was able to lower his lap time from Tuesday by over half a second.

The end result is that Bradl and his Team had a productive 3-day of work before they head back to Europe to prepare for the late-February second test here in Malaysia.

Bradl – 2’01.003: “The result of these three days of work is quite good for me. I think we have completed our job gathering more data ahead the next test here. Even today I was working on a raft of things from traction control, to suspension and brakes and Bridgestone gave us a new rear hard tire to test. At the end I run the circuit 43 times growing my confidence on this bike. There’s more work to do before the first race of the season but we leave Sepang with a good base.”
