In a brief statement, Ferrari's board of directors, which met today in Turin under the presidency of Luca di Montezemolo, has appointed current Scuderia Ferrari general manager Jean Todt as the company's new chief executive officer.
In addition, Amedeo Felisa was named the new general manager, and joined the board in place of the resigning Renato Pagliaro.
More changes are expected to be announced soon regarding Ferrari's Formula 1 operation, including a sabbatical for longtime technical director Ross Brawn.
