onPeak, LLC, the housing partner of forward-thinking event planners, will serve as the official housing bureau for the Grand Prix of America in the New Jersey/New York City area with its first Formula One race scheduled for June 2013.
Approximately 15,000 hotel rooms throughout the New York City/Meadowlands area will be contracted to host many of the 100,000 race enthusiasts, race teams, sponsors, VIPs, volunteers, members of the media, security personnel and other guests expected to attend the New Jersey race in June 2013. onPeak will manage all the hotel room inventory, housing requests, hotel relationships and many VIPs for the upcoming events.

onPeak will work closely with the New York/New Jersey area hotels on contractual terms and conditions and will be managing all the room inventory and in constant contact with the event hotels. Hotels will have 24/7 access to run reports and have inventory status available to them at all times.
