A provisional 2013 F1 calendar is circulating in Singapore which includes the New Jersey event and – as expected – leaves out the European GP in Valencia.

Valencia is expected to alternate with Barcelona as the single Spanish event in the future.

There are no other major changes relative to 2012. Hockenheim is again nominated for the German GP, a result of the recent financial troubles at the Nurburgring, which should have hosted next year’s race.

New Jersey, Korea and Singapore remain provisional for various reasons, with the last named yet to conclude a new contract.

An official calendar is expected after the FIA World Motor Sport Council meeting next week.
